How to resolve a breach

Follow
  1. Click on Tenancies under Housing to view all current Tenancies.

  2. Search or find the Tenancy you wish to close a breach for.
  3. Click the CASES tab from the top menu.


  4. Double-click in the grey the breach you wish to open.


  5. Add outcome and comments in the box.


  6. From the status drop-down, choose close then press save. This will automatically deactivate the record.
