- Click on Tenancies under Housing to view all current Tenancies.
- Search for the Tenancy you wish to resolve a case for.
- Click the CASES tab from the top menu.
- In the All Cases table, double-click to open the case you wish to add information to.
- In the top ribbon, select Resolve Case.
Note: If cancelled, return to the open activities, and mark each item as closed or follow our help guide to resolve a case.
- Select the Resolution Type from the list of values.
- Enter a description of the resolution.
- Click Resolve.
- Case screen will be greyed out.
