Sign a PDF electronically

If you have a PDF that needs to be signed you will no longer need to printed, signed and scanned ... it can all be done from your computer.

Adobe Acrobat Reader has Fill & Sign which lets you write your signature on screen.

Read on for steps on signing in Adobe Reader, or scroll down to watch a video.  You can even get Adobe Reader for your Android phone and sign a PDF, on your phone.

Make sure you have the version of Acrobat Reader.  It should already be installed on Wise Group computers.

Move the signature to where you want it to be placed.  You can resize the signature here by dragging the corner of the box larger or smaller.

  • Hi, I can't find this programme on my laptop and it seems to be free only for 7 days via a trial. There seems to be a signing function in the existing ordinary Acrobat Reader on my computer, but the programme always collapses when I push that button...
