Sign a PDF electronically

You can digitally sign PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat Reader's Fill & Sign feature without printing. Simply open the app, select Fill & Sign, choose your file, add your signature by typing, drawing, or uploading an image, position and resize it as needed, and save the signed PDF. This process works on computers and Android devices.

1. Make sure you have the version of Acrobat Reader.  It should already be installed on Wise Group computers.

3. Select the file you need to sign by selecting the Select a file button.

4. Once you have opened the file click on Add signature +

5. You will be given the option to type, draw or add an image, depending on how you add your signature.

  • Hi, I can't find this programme on my laptop and it seems to be free only for 7 days via a trial. There seems to be a signing function in the existing ordinary Acrobat Reader on my computer, but the programme always collapses when I push that button...
