To get help, first consult the WiseUp! knowledgebase on The Well. If needed, use the "Ask for Help" button to create an IT helpdesk ticket, which is the preferred contact method. For urgent issues, call 07 857 1226 during office hours or contact the on-call team outside these hours for critical problems only.

For urgent problems, the team can be contacted via phone on 07 857 1226.
Office hours
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Outside of office hours, an on-call team member is available
Monday - Friday 7am-8am, 5pm-10pm
Saturday - Sunday 7am - 10pm
Note the on-call service is for urgent problem (unable to connect to the Wise systems, Recordbase is unavailable, etc). All other issues will be addressed during regular office hours.
