How to access The Well, Outlook and apps anywhere

When you're away from your work laptop you can still get into lots of Wise Group systems, like Outlook, Power BI, and Cornerstone.  

Caution: if you're doing this from an internet cafe, your cousin's computer, or some other device that's not yours then you must sign out afterwards. Read right to the bottom of this page.

1. Go to wisegroup.co.nz and click the link to The Well at the bottom right of the home page. 

Alternatively (since you're reading this) skip that step and go straight to wisegroup434.sharepoint.com 

2. You should see the Wise Group sign in screen. Sign in with your email address, and then your usual network password.

3. You will be asked to confirm it's you with a two factor authentication check like a text, email, or authenticator app. This is dependant on what authentication method you have set up.

You should now see The Well, and you can use online tools like Outlook, MyPay, Cornerstone, and Sharepoint.

You can get to almost every Microsoft app through 'the waffle'. (That's the nine dots at the top left of every page of The Well)

When you're finished - SIGN OUT!

IMPORTANT! Other people using the device will now have full access to all your apps and data, unless you sign out. 

Click your picture on the top right, and then sign out.
