This is about a new version of the My Team's Leave - if it doesn't match what you see then look at: My Team's Annual Leave report guide.
Using the report.
View the leave taken by kaimahi that report to you over a time period. You can also sort and filter the report as usual.
The leave shown has been processed and paid. Future leave, and leave taken since the last pay period is not included.
Annual leave is in hours, and other leave types are in days.
The left list shows the total of each type of leave for each kaimahi. Selecting someone on this list filters the right side list to just their entries.
"Other" sums all other types of leave like ACC, Bereavement, Discretionary, ERE, Jury, Parental etc. When you select the kaimahi you will see the specific leave type on the right hand list.
The right list shows the detail of every processed leave period.
Direct reports vs full reporting chain
This report shows all the staff in your reporting chain. e.g. an SRM would see not just the Team Coaches that report to them, but also the Support Workers who report to those Team Coaches.
Use the 'My Full Reporting Line' and 'My Direct Reports' buttons to switch between.
Where does the data come from?
This is both Cornerstone and DataPay data. Cornerstone data is refreshed once per day, DataPay data is refreshed at each pay run.
What kaimahi are included?
Data from the employee records and payroll records of current employees that have received their first pay.
What data is excluded?
- People who have left.
- New starters (until the day after their first pay).
- People that don't report up to you (unless you have been given additional access).
How do I correct mistakes and make changes?
If you want to query leave taken then contact PayrollTeam@wisegroup.co.nz.
If you're seeing the wrong people (incorrect manager, or cost centre data) then see How to fix people with the wrong team, cost centre, or manager.
If you are seeing people who have left then make sure that you have completed a Leaving form.

Who gets access?
All managers (employees who have a current staff member reporting to them) should automatically get access to the report, and their reporting line.
If you need to check why someone doesn't have access then contact helpdesk@wisegroup.co.nz.
People can be granted access to see more. To request access request access for a non-manager or to add additional cost centres or teams raise a Data access request.
