My Team's Leavers - report guide

Follow

Where does the data come from?

This is Cornerstone data, refreshed once per day. The report looks at employee statuses and leaving dates.

Fixed term end date - is managed by Employment Contracts team.

Expected last working day and Contract end date - are set when a leaving form is submitted.

Active status and Working status - are set by Payroll when leaving is confirmed.

Definitions

Contract end date = the last day this person is an employee of Wise Group. E.g. the end of their notice period. This is when they will be paid until.

Expected last working day = the last day this person needs access to Wise Group properties and equipment. It can be sooner than contract end date when someone is on paid leave. It can't be later than contract end date.

What data is included?

Data from the employee records of employees that are currently employed, or recently left. By default this is everyone in your reporting line (in Cornerstone). People can be granted access to see more:

  • All employees in a region (based on locations).
  • All employees in a cost centre.

What data is excluded?

  • People who have long gone.
  • New starters (until the day after their first day).
  • People that don't report up to you (and that you haven't been given special access to).

How do I correct mistakes and make changes?

If leavers are not shown - make sure their manager has completed a Leaving form

If fixed termers are not shown - get in touch with EmploymentContracts@wisemanagement.co.nz.

If there's someone who is no longer leaving, or their dates are wrong - email cornerstone@wisegroup.co.nz or use the Cornerstone support request eForm

If you're seeing the wrong people (incorrect manager, team) then see How to fix people with the wrong team, cost centre, or manager. Hint: this usually needs a Variation to Employment Agreement.

Anything else - email cornerstone@wisegroup.co.nz or use the Cornerstone support request eForm

Who gets access?

All managers (employees who have a current staff member reporting to them) should automatically get access to the report, and their reporting line.

If you need to check why someone doesn't have access then contact helpdesk@wisegroup.co.nz.

To request access request access for a non-manager or to add additional cost centres or teams raise a Data access request.
