How to link a tenants Zavanti SharePoint files to Recordbase

Follow
  1. Click on Tenancies under Housing to view all current tenancies.


  2. Search for or find the tenancy you require.


  3. Open the tenancy.
  4. Navigate to Documents.


    Note: If you cannot see the Documents folder, select the three dots to display the hidden menu.
  5. Click on Open Location and select Documents on Default Site 1.


  6. You will now be taken to a new browser tab. This is the SharePoint for the tenancy you are working on.
  7. Navigate to the top of the screen and select Copy link.

RecordBase Zavanti Link Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the client file in RecordBase.
  2. Select Personal details from the sidebar menu.


  3. Select Edit.


  4. Scroll to the bottom of the ‘Edit personal details’ screen and locate ‘Zavanti documents- Tenancy one’.
  5. Paste the previously copied link in the text box.


  6. At the bottom right of the screen, select Save changes.
