How to add client information to Zavanti via API

Follow

This guide provides instructions on how to send client information from Recordbase to Zavanti via API.
What's an API? API stands for "Application Programming Interface", put simply its a piece of technology that allows two programs to talk to each other. In this case the two programs are Recordbase and Zavanti.

The API sends the following information from Recordbase to Zavanti to ensure accuracy across our systems:

  • Client name

  • Gender

  • Date of Birth

  • Home phone, Work phone, Mobile phone

  • SWN/MSD/WINZ No.

  • NHI No.

  • Recordbase client ID

  • Recordbase Service Contract

  • Social Housing Rating

  • Assigned Housing Caseworker

  • Ethnicity

  • Emergency contacts
Note: These fields will lock in Zavanti. If any updates are required, these need to happen in Recordbase.

  1. Open the client's Recordbase file and navigate to their Dashboard.

  2. Check their Zavanti Status says, 'Not Enrolled'.

  3. On the lefthand menu, navigate to Shared Information.

  4. In the top righthand corner, select Create new request.

  5. In the Zavanti subheading, select Set Up.

  6. On the next screen, Share with Zavanti, select Start sharing with Zavanti.

  7. Navigate back to the client's dashboard. The Zavanti Status should now be 'Enrolled'.
