An appointment is a type of activity in Zavanti. For more information on what an ‘activity’ is in Zavanti and the different types, see here.
- To create a new appointment, click on + in the timeline and choose the APPOINTMENT option from the dropdown.
- The system will automatically associate the correct information for the Owner and the Required Attendees.
- Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk. You will not be allowed to save the record without ALL the mandatory fields being entered.
- To include additional attendees, add their names to the Required Attendees field.
- Enter as much information as you have about the appointment click Save and Close
- This will not create an appointment in your Outlook calendar; however, the meeting will appear in your activity list.
