How to create an appointment in Zavanti

An appointment is a type of activity in Zavanti. For more information on what an ‘activity’ is in Zavanti and the different types, see here.

  1. To create a new appointment, click on + in the timeline and choose the APPOINTMENT option from the dropdown.


  2. The system will automatically associate the correct information for the Owner and the Required Attendees.
  3. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk. You will not be allowed to save the record without ALL the mandatory fields being entered.
  4. To include additional attendees, add their names to the Required Attendees field.
  5. Enter as much information as you have about the appointment click Save and Close


  6. This will not create an appointment in your Outlook calendar; however, the meeting will appear in your activity list.
