How to send a text from Zavanti

You can correspond with your contacts via Zavanti SMS messaging functionality.

The example shows how to send a text message from Zavanti

1. Open a contact to send a text message to.
   
   
   
2. Go to Notes & Activites > Zavanti SMS
   Note: You will need to click the + to see more options.
   
   
   Note: Alternatively, you can send it via Related > SMSs
   
   
   
3. Click New Zavanti SMS to initiate a new text message
   
   
   
4. Write your message in the SMS Message text box.
   
   
   
5. Save the message by clicking Save button.
   
   
   
6. Click on Mark Complete to send the message.
   NOTE: It takes a couple of minutes for the message to go out. Once sent, the message sent status would change to “Sent Successful”. Once delivered to the recipient, the message sent status changes to “Delivered”.

Viewing the messages history

The recipient can reply to the message. There are a couple of ways to view the incoming messages and view the history.

1. Go to the SMS View to view all the sent and received messages
   
   
   
2. Go to Notes & Activities to view the sent and received messages in the timeline
