Admins and selected users from each entity are able to record first aid on behalf of others, these will be the people that are booking users on first aid workshops.
Important: The first aid certificate will need to be stored in the users Snapshot folder and be added to the users record using the training import tool (express class).
Once you have uploaded the certificate in the users Snapshot folder use the menu to navigate to Learn -> Training import (express class)
Click on Search existing training
Search for First aid and select First Aid Training
In the Completion time add in the date of completion that is on the first aid certificate, then click next.
Important: This needs to be the date that they became first aid certified/recertified
Click on add attendees and use the search function to find the user(s) that completed the training on the above date.
Once you have selected the attendee(s) you will see a list of names, click select all and then Bulk record
If you are just recording one user you can click on Record next to the users name.
Select Complete as the result and click save.
Click Next to view a summary and then click Submit.
This will add the training to the users training record, this can take a few minutes for the system to load.
