This guide will show you how you can update your NZ certificate in Health level 4 in our records.
Some staff must provide proof of a New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4).
Acceptable Evidence
- Graduation certificate for Level 4 or equivalent training
- Transcript plus a letter stating the completion date
Note: Transcripts alone are not accepted; a letter with the completion date is required.
Qualifications in progress can be uploaded once completed.
Equivalent Training
There are training options equivalent to the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4). Check the Ministry of Health's Level 4: Pay Equity Qualification Equivalencies to see if your training qualifies.
Note: If you have finished your qualification but haven't received your graduation certificate, pay will be backdated to the graduation date once you upload the certificate.
