This guide will show you how to complete an onboarding form via our HR system - Cornerstone.

Onboarding is the step where we collect information from new starters that will be kept on their employee record for our systems and Payroll.
We recommended new starters get this filled out as soon as possible to ensure everything is set up for their start date.
How to complete an onboarding form:
First, open Cornerstone via the link on The Well. You should not need to enter a username or password.
Your home page should look like the following:
On the right side is Your Action Items, that will list any forms that have been assigned to you. Click on the title of a form to open it.
You can then fill out your details. Once you have filled out all sections in the form/s, you can review, sign, and submit it for approval.
Click to home icon (house) if you need to get back to the home page to complete more forms.
