Cornerstone is used to collect and store key documents that are collected through the recruitment and onboarding stage.
There are various different levels of access to folders based on position, below you will see the different levels of access that we provide. If there are documents that you cannot see but need access to please get in touch with the People and Culture team.
Available to all* employees
- Final offer letter
- CV
* Not ‘everyone’. These are documents gathered through Cornerstone recruitment. People who started before mid-2019 or didn’t go through Cornerstone recruitment won’t have their documents in these folders.

How do employees access these documents?
Available to team leaders
- Flattened application
- Interview notes
- Reference checks
- Right to work evidence (Passport,/Visa etc) – if provided
- Drivers license or other ID – if provided
- Qualifications – if provided
- Practicing certifications – if provided
- Covid vaccination – if provided
- Phone screen notes – if provided

1. Log into Cornerstone
2. Click on My Documents
3. Click on My offer letter and CV
How do team leaders access these documents?
1. Click My Team on the Cornerstone Welcome page
2. Click on the employee’s name in the Team section at the bottom of this screen
3. Click on Snapshot in the top navigation bar
4. Click on Documents
5. Click on Recruitment Documents
