Cornerstone is the Group's HR and training system. It captures required information about our people.
You can open Cornerstone via The Well, or bookmark this link. You shouldn't need to login to Cornerstone - and if you do it will be through the Wise Group login screen.
If you see an error or login screen when you click the Cornerstone link on The Well, then tell helpdesk@wisegroup.co.nz.
What is in Cornerstone?
People information:
Cornerstone is an HR System that provides us with business and workforce information. It also helps us systemise and standardise our people processes, support managers and support employees.
Learning and development:
Cornerstone holds the record of what learning you have done, and has the catalogue of courses.
Recruitment:
Cornerstone is where we manage recruitment, has the Group's jobs boards, and does onboarding for new employees.
Is my information safe?
Access to information in Cornerstone is restricted to just the people who need to see it.
