How to access your Individual Employment Agreement (IEA)

Once you have been hired you will be able to access your Individual Employment Agreement (IEA) through Cornerstone*. This is held in your career profile and can be accessed at any time. 

* People who started before mid-2019 or didn’t go through Cornerstone recruitment won't be able to see their IEA via Cornerstone, they will need to contact hr_admin@wisegroup.co.nz for a copy. 

1. Log into Cornerstone
2. Click on Internal Vacancies under Working at Wise Group
   
   
   
3. Click on My Jobs
   
   
   
4. Under My Tasks change the filter to Completed
   
   
   
5. Click on View Details next to the offer letter for the role you would like to see the employment agreement for. 
   
   
   
6. Under Additional attachments you will be able to open your employment agreement. 

If your tenure with Wise Group has ended you can still access your individual employment agreement by logging into the career site and following step 3 onwards.
