What does the report do?
This report shows you the people that report to you that need a current visa to be allowed to work.
That includes all types of visa that have an expiry date, and excludes people with a permanent resident visa, Australian passport, or New Zealand citizenship.
This gives managers a quick way to see who is relying on a visa, and when that visa expires.
How do I use it?
Most managers will only have a handful of staff with a visa. Use this information to keep tabs on staff with visas that expire soon.
If you have a lot of staff reporting to you, you could use filters to look for things that need action.
E.g. click the 'expiring soon' to show people with a visa expiring soon.
How do I correct mistakes and make changes?
If you think someone is missing, or visa information is wrong, then contact your HR Business Partner.

Where does the data come from?
This is Cornerstone data, refreshed daily.
What data is included?
Data from the employee records of employees that are currently employed. By default this is everyone in your reporting line (in Cornerstone). People can be granted access to see more:
- All employees in a region (based on locations).
- All employees in a cost centre.
What data is excluded?
- People without a visa recorded in Cornerstone.
- People with a permanent resident visa.
- People who have left.
- New starters (until after their first day).
- People that don't report up to you (and that you haven't been given special access to).
Who gets access?
All managers (employees who have a current staff member reporting to them) should automatically get access to the report, and their reporting line.
