You can view your employees training record to see what trainings they have completed and what trainings they have assigned.
1. Log into Cornerstone, go to My Team's Learning section and click on My Team's Learning
2. Click on the view training record icon next to the relevant employee
This shows the employee's 'active' (incomplete) training.
3. Change the view to see the users completed trainings by switching the Active filter to Completed.
You can switch between employees by clicking on View Team on the training record page.
