You are able to view your employees training records to see what trainings they have completed and what trainings they have assigned.
Log into Cornerstone, go to My Team's Learning section and click on My Team's Learning
Click on the view training record icon next to the relevant employee
This shows the employee's 'active' (incomplete) training.
3. Change the view to see the users completed trainings by switching the 'Active' filter to 'Completed'.
