How to assign training to direct reports

Managers can assign training to any of their direct reports, follow this guide on how to do this. 

1. Log into to Cornerstone,  in the My Learning section choose the My Learner Home option.

2. Type some keywords into the search box, and hit enter.

3. Locate the training and click on the ellipses (three dots), then click Assign

4. Enter a due date if necessary, then tick the box next to the names of your direct reports to assign training, then click the Submit button.

The direct reports you selected will get a notification they have been assigned the training.
