How to add a Microsoft Teams meeting to Cornerstone

This guide will show you how you can add sessions into Cornerstone that have a Microsoft Teams meeting invite. 

  1. Log into Cornerstone 
  2. Go to the Classroom Training > Manage Events & Sessions
  3. Go to the event you wish to add a session to (this needs to be set up with the vendor Teams vILT). Select View Sessions.
  4. Click Create new Webcast session.
  5. Enter in session details as normal 
    - Location should be Virtual 
    - Trainer needs to be set up as a training for the vendor first
  6. Emails: The session will require the emails to be custom emails. 
    1. Classroom Training Session becomes Available -> Set the trainer email to active
    2. Session start date -> Set the teams meeting link and trainer link to active
    3. Classroom training session register -> Make the online email active and deactivate the other delegate email
  7. Click Save -> the facilitator will receive an email to confirm the session.
