This article explains how to create and manage a playlist in Cornerstone via My Learner Home, including naming, adding images and descriptions, setting privacy, adding training from the catalogue or external links, organizing items, and sharing the playlist with a deeplink using SSO.
- Go to Cornerstone and head to My Learner Home.
- If you have the correct permissions to create a playlist you will have a playlist section in the left-hand column, click Create New Playlist.
- Enter a name for your playlist
- You can add an image and a description of the playlist to give people more information.
- At the top you will get a summary of your playlist and an option to make it private or public.
- You can add training from the catalogue or select a link if you would like to add something from outside of the standard catalogue.
- Once you have added trainings to your playlist you will be able to see them on a timeline and move them around as needed using the up and down arrows.
Note: Availability of each training object that you add will still effect if the person can launch the training or if it needs to be requested first.
- Once you are ready you can share the playlist - you can deeplink (a link that uses SSO so that they don't need to log in manually) by using the share option in the top right-hand corner.
