Using the report
This report lists the issues with Roster Templates and Working Rosters that need resolving to ensure that the timesheets can be processed correctly.
You can sort and filter the report as usual.
Roster Template – FTE Mismatch
This section shows where the Roster Template hours do not match contracted hours. E.g. a kaimahi on 80 hour contract with 72 hours of shifts.
Required action: Amend Roster Template as required.
Roster Template – Leavers
This shows where the Roster Template has kaimahi that has resigned/left, or has a leaving date soon.
Required action: Amend Roster Template as required.
Working Roster – Outside of Contracted Dates
This report is showing where the Working Roster has kaimahi rostered either before their start date, or after their leaving date.
Required action:
- If the dates are correct - amend the working roster of the kaimahi.
- If the dates are wrong, see below.
Where does the data come from?
This is Cornerstone, DataPay and EmpLive (Pathways) data. Data is refreshed once per day at approx. 7am.
How do I correct mistakes and make changes?
If the problem is in EmpLive then refer to the Pathways EmpLive guidance materials for instructions on amending Roster Templates and Working Rosters.
If dates are wrong:
- If the starting date has changed, then do a variation to employment.
- If the leaving date has changed, then edit the leaving form.

Who gets access?
All Pathways Managers have access to the Roster Issues report for all Cohorts and Services. If you need to check why someone doesn't have access then contact helpdesk@wisegroup.co.nz.
