Using this report
This report show you EmpLive timesheet lines with potential problems. This is to help you spot timesheet problems and fix them early.
Select your cohort, then optionally select a service (or see all).
To be able to change cohort select 'All' services first.
What data is included?
The report lists timesheet lines in the selected service with:
- Hours that have defaulted to:
- NPAY - No pay hours
- ABS - Absent hours
- USICK - Unpaid sick hours
- Warnings that may result in Timesheet issues:
- Role Missing
- Leave request with no timesheet line
- Unapproved leave requests
Using the Filters
Pay Run: Last, This or Next pay period for the selected cohort (north and south have different pay period dates).
Cohort: Select the Cohort from the dropdown - Only one cohort can be selected at a time.
Service: Select the Service from the dropdown - If you have selected a cohort already this will only show you the services in that cohort. Select one (or multiple cohorts if you hold down the CTRL key while you check the boxes).
Note: You can use the reset filters button if you want to reset filters.
Where does this data come from?
This is EmpLive data, refreshed 6am daily.
What data is excluded?
Timesheet lines:
- without those problems.
- created after 6am 'today'.
- LWOP - Leave with out pay
