How to complete an inspection offline using the Zavanti Housing Inspection App

This guide will explain how to save your properties for offline mode in the cases that there is no service at your inspection. For more information on creating and scheduling an inspection in Zavanti, see HERE.

How to save your properties for offline mode in the Zavanti Inspection App

1. Find the property or properties in the inspection app needing offline mode.
   
   
   
2. Slide your property line to the left. Select, ‘Make available offline’.
   
   
   
3. An orange line will start moving below your property, this means it is downloading. Please wait for it to finish before continuing.
4. Once completed, your property will display as ‘Offline mode’.
   
   
   
5. Move the Offline Mode toggle. You should now see all properties that you have saved offline.
   
   
   
6. Once your inspection has been completed and you have phone service or Wi-Fi, move the Offline Mode toggle back to synchronize your data.
   
   
   
7. Your inspection information and photos should now be in Zavanti on your desktop.
