How to log in to the Zavanti Inspection App

This guide will show you how to log into the Zavanti Inspection App.

First download the app to your phone. Search for Zavanti housing in your app store. 

For Android (Samsung etc.): Search for the ‘Zavanti Housing’ app in the Google Play store and download it.

For Apple iPhone/iPad: The app is pushed to your phone already if your device is a work phone (managed by IS).

If you do not see it pre-installed already, please obtain a redemption link (contact David White Systems Specialist in the first instance, or IS Helpdesk). When you receive the link, open it on your Apple device to download and install the app – you should see the confirmation as per the screenshot below.

1. Log into the Inspection App with your Microsoft work email account. 
   
   
   
   
   Note: If you haven’t logged in before or have logged out, you will be sent a verification code. Use this to access the app.
   
   
   
2. You will be prompted to select a group, choose Zavanti Production
   

To use the app, refer to our guide on how to use the housing inspection app. 

Tips for general use: Before you go out for the day, open the app, go to the Online tab, and swipe left to download the inspections. This will copy the inspection over to the offline tab. When you need to perform the inspection, go to offline tab, and open the inspection you downloaded.
To take photos, go to details at bottom, and for each section swipe left to open the camera. This works for locations (rooms) or assets within a location.

After you have finished your inspections, when you are back in a stable, fast wi-fi network, select the orange ‘Sync Data & Upload Photos’ to send it back to the main Zavanti system. Give it time to do this. The cloud icon next to each inspection will go green for a successful sync, or red if it fails. Keep trying if it fails. You can then remove it by swiping left and selecting ‘Remove Download’ so it will not re-sync every time you sync future inspections.

Once synced back with server, you have to go into Zavanti (desktop app) and finalise your inspection.

The app is being constantly improved by the Zavanti team, so check for updates periodically.
