How to find and view a property on the inspection app

This guide will show you how to find a property on the inspection app and add details.

1. Search for the property you are wanting to inspect in the search bar or scroll through the list and select the property.
   
   
   Note: You will be able to view from this home screen the property status in the top right of each property block, e.g. OCCUPIED, VACANT: Tenantable, VACANT: Un-tenantable
   
   

How to view property details on the inspection app

1. On this screen, you can view the property details, any hazards, and risks. The details displayed are:
   • Property Name
   • Master Key ID
   • Current Tenancy
   • Tenancy Manager
   • Phone Number
   • Rent (outstanding or credit)
   • Non-Rent (outstanding or credit)
     Note: These are only displayed if they have been entered in the tenancy in Zavanti.
     Note: If there is a hazard or risk regarding the property or tenant, the box will be highlighted red. You can view the risk or hazard by clicking into the box.
     
     
     
2. Click into the inspection box.
   
   
   
3. From this screen you can view Current, Completed or Create a new inspection.
   Note: An inspection that has been created in Zavanti but is not yet completed can be found in the Current tab.
