- Navigate to Tenancies under Housing.
- Click to open a tenancy whose inspection you want to review.
- Navigate to the INSPECTIONS tab.
- In the table All Inspections, your completed inspection will be displayed.
- Select the inspection in the table you would like to review.
Note: Your inspection status will be ‘Read-only’. To edit the inspection, add comments or notes, select ‘Activate’ at the top of the screen and change the status to ‘New.’ You can still produce your inspection report if your inspection status is on Read-only but will not be able to make any edits.
- To review the pictures taken at the inspection, navigate to the documents folder.
- In the Documents Associated Grid, select the inspection line you would like to view.
- To complete any post-inspection tasks such as work tasks or health and safety concerns, see how to complete post-inspection tasks.
- To export your inspection report, select the line of your inspection pictures
- Navigate to the top of the screen and select the Run Report drop down. Choose ‘Property Condition Report...’
Note: Your report will open automatically in another tab on your browser
- Once your report is displayed, you can view, save or print your Property Conditions/Tenancy Inspection Report
- Once completed, remember to close your inspection if you Activated it. Navigate to the top of the screen and select Deactivate.
Note: A deactivated inspection can be activated at a later stage if needed. Inspections should only be deactivated once all maintenance is completed.
