How to access your offer letter

When an offer letter is created you will receive an email notification on your personal email address to let you know that there is an offer letter awaiting your response. 

1. Go to the Wise Group career site.
2. Click on Sign in
   
   
   
3. Click on Forgot password or need to create a password?
   
   
   
4. Enter your personal email address into the Login credentials box and complete the I'm not a robot steps, click Submit.
   
   
   Note: Once you click submit you will see a message letting you know a password reset has been sent to your email.
   
   
   
5. Go to your inbox, you will receive an email from recruitment@wisegroup.co.nz open the email and launch the link to reset your password.
   Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox try refreshing your inbox or check your Junk/Spam folder.
   
   Your new password needs to between 8 - 20 characters long and have:
   • At least 1 special character (%,  #, @, !)
   • At least 1 lower case letter.
   • At least 1 upper case letter.
   • At least 1 numerical character (0 to 9)
     
     
6. Once you have entered your new password and clicked Submit it will take you to the Wise Group career site, click the Sign in button and enter your personal email address that your offer letter was sent to and new password.
7. Once you are logged in, click on My profile. 
   
8. Under My tasks, you will see your offer letter, click Launch to view and accept. 
   
   
   
9. Click on the links to open the offer letter and any additional documents. We recommend you download and save all attached documents for your records. 
   
   
   
10. Select your response for the offer letter once you have made your decision.
    • If you are accepting the offer
      Select accept from the dropdown, this will show you a new section where you will be able to electronically sign the employment offer. (You will not need to sign a physical copy of the offer letter)
      
      
    • If you are declining the offer
      Select decline from the dropdown, this will show another drop down to select the reason for declining.
      
      
11. Once you have filled out the form, click Submit, you will then be directed back to your profile.

Do I need to sign a physical copy of the offer letter? 

No, the offer letter will be electronically signed. You do not need to print your offer letter.

How do I get to the Career site? 

To get to the careers site go to Wise Group Careers site.

Who do I contact if I have trouble? 

If you’re unsure about any of the job requirements, or what evidence is acceptable then contact the Recruitment team. 
If you’re having technical problems then contact the Help desk. 

Can I view my offer letter once I have accepted it? 

Yes, if you log in and go to My profile, you can change the filter below My tasks to completed, you can then view the details of your offer letter.
