Some roles within Wise Group require police vetting to be completed before a formal offer can be made. The police vetting form will be attached to the candidate form assigned to you, see more about how to complete a candidate form.

Completing the form on your computer
1. Download the form attachment from the candidate form by clicking on the link.
2. Scroll down to section 2 of the form 'Person being vetted to complete and return to agency'
3. Click on the text box next to the field, this should allow you to start typing in your response.
4. Once you have completed section 2 and 3, click the save icon in the top right corner.

5. Upload the saved file into the Cornerstone form and submit.
Completing the form on an iPhone
1. Download the form attachment from the candidate form by clicking on the link.
2. In your browser bar you will see a blue arrow, this means that you have a download, click on the blue arrow.
3. Select downloads from the options in the pop up
4. Select the download
5. This will open Files on your iPhone, select the Police vetting file to open it.
6. Scroll down to section 2 of the form 'Person being vetted to complete and return to agency'
7. Tap on the text box next to the field, this should allow you to start typing in your response.
8. Once you have completed section 2 and 3, tap the bottom left hand corner.
9. From the pop up select Save to Files.
10. Upload the saved file into the Cornerstone form and submit.
Completing the form on an android
1. Download the form attachment from the candidate form by clicking on the link.
2. Use the three dots in the top right-hand corner and click download.
3. Click on the download to open it
4. Select Microsoft 365 to open the PDF
5. Click edit to start filling out details starting with section 2 of the form 'Person being vetted to complete and return to agency'
6. Save the file and upload the saved file into the Cornerstone form, then click submit.
