When an offer letter is created you will receive an email notification to let you know that there is an offer letter awaiting your response.
Log into the Wise Group career site, and go to My profile.
Tip: The username and password is the same as what you used to log in with when you applied for the role.
You will see your pending requests, this is where you will find the Offer letter, click on Launch to view the offer letter.
You will be able to click on the file name to review the attached Offer letter and any additional attachments.
Select your response for the offer letter once you have made your decision.
If you are accepting the offer
Select accept from the dropdown, this will show you a new section where you will be able to electronically sign the employment offer. (You will not need to sign a physical copy of the offer letter)
If you are declining the offer
Select decline from the dropdown, this will show another drop down to select the reason for declining.
Once you have filled out the form, click Submit, you will then be directed back to your profile.

Can I view my offer letter once I have accepted it?
Yes, if you log in and go to My profile, you can change the filter below My tasks to completed, you can then view the details of your offer letter.
