When a candidate applies for a role within wise group they complete an application, using the manage candidates page you can filter candidates based on their responses.
Go to Cornerstone and click on Hiring Dashboard.
Scroll down to your requisitions section and click on active applicants.
On the left-hand side, under PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONS, select Add question
Search for an application question using the search bar
Examples:
- Have you worked for a Wise Group organisation before?
- Have you been COVID-19 vaccinated?
- What allows you to work in New Zealand
- Do you hold a full New Zealand drivers licence?
- Do you hold the Level 4 Health & Wellbeing qualification (or recognised equivalent) that is required for this role?
- Do you hold a current first aid certificate, or are you prepared to obtain one?
Once you have selected a question, select the option you would like to filter by
Click apply, your manage candidates page will show a list of candidates that have answered based on your filters.
You can add or remove filter(s) by clicking the x next to the filter or selecting edit to add more filters.
