Adding flags is helpful when rehiring an employee to ensure we reenable their old account.
Go to Cornerstone and click on Hiring Dashboard.
Scroll down to your requisitions section and click on active applicants.
Add a page via the candidate profile
You will be able to see if the user has any applicant flags on their profile, if you want to add a flag, click on the candidate's name to take you to their candidate profile.
Tip: Hover over the flag to see what it means if you are unsure.
In the top right-hand side of their profile click Options and select Manage applicant (user) flags.
Select the applicable flag(s) to add to the candidate by clicking on the + next to the flag and click Done.
If you wish to remove a flag, click on the bin icon and click Done.
Add a page via the manage candidates page
You can add a flag to 1 or more candidates from the manage candidates page. Toggle the candidate(s) that you would like to add a flag to, select More, from the dropdown select Manage flags.
Select the flag(s) you would like to add from the dropdown.
Once you have added the relevant flags, click Save in the bottom right hand corner.
