Once candidates have started applying for a position, there will be information available for each one.
This help guide shows how to improve that view, so you see the most useful information about the candidates. If you would prefer to watch a video, you can find this at the bottom of the help guide.
Head to Cornerstone and go to the Hiring Dashboard.
Scroll down to your requisitions section and click on Active Applicants.
This is the Manage Candidates page, you will be able to filter candidates using the filters on the left-hand side, review candidates easily and change statuses.
Filters
At the top of the filters you can reset all filters, this will need to be selected if you want to change between requisitions. You can select one or more requisitions at a time to review candidates.
Search by current status if you would like to see candidates at a specific status.
Filter candidates by flags, this will help to identify returning employees or the most suited candidate for a role.
Filter by candidate source, for example, Seek, career sites, TradeMe.
Filter by pre screening questions, for example if you would to filter by candidates that have indicated they have a full NZ drivers licence.
Review candidates
Select one or more candidates and click View profile.
You will be able to switch between the candidates on the left-hand side, review their application and add comments
Change status
Select one or more candidates and select Change Status.
Select the new status from the drop down
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
