Printix - App installation and printing without a swipe tag

This guide will explain how to print at one of our main sites if you don't have a swipe tag.

1.Install the app on your phone

a. If you have an Android phone open the play store and search for "Tungsten Printix App" then click Install.

b. If you have a iPhone open the App store and search for "Printix app" then click Get.

3. Once installed, open the app and "sign in with Microsoft" using your work email address and password.
Please note you may be prompted to approve your sign in with your Microsoft authenticator app.

4. Click on the 3 lines located in the top right-hand corner and select "Cards and codes"

5. Now you need to create a PIN and ID code, this is what you will use instead of a swipe card.
When you have decided on a pin click "Save" then click create next to "ID code" and a new ID will appear.


6. Almost finished, head over to the printer, click on "ID Code", enter your newly generated ID and PIN code and voilà you're in!
