Need to print a document? Follow these simple steps to print from your computer using a Follow Me printer.
1. Send your document to the printer
From your computer, select Follow Me Printer as your printer and send your document to print.
Your print job will be held securely until you're ready to print it at a Follow Me printer.
2. Log in to the printer
There are two ways to log in:

Option 1 - Using your swipe tag: Hold it against the card reader on the printer.

Option 2 - Using your PIN: If you don't have your card or swipe tag with you, select the PIN login option and enter your PIN.
Note: If you haven't registered your swipe tag or received your PIN yet, read Follow Me – Registering Your Swipe Tag and Getting Your PIN before using the printer.
3. Open Secure Print
From the home screen, select the Secure Print icon.
4. Select your print jobs
Press Print Jobs to print all your pending jobs.
Alternatively, you can:
- Select individual jobs if you only want to print certain documents.
- Select Edit to change the print settings before printing.
5. Adjust your print settings
You can adjust settings such as:
- Number of copies
- Colour or black and white
- Single-sided or double-sided printing
6. Print your documents
Once you're happy with your selections and settings, press Print Jobs to start printing.
That's it! Collect your documents from the printer when they're ready.
