Want to scan a document and have it appear in your email inbox? This guide will explain how!
1. Swipe your tag on the printer and select “Scan to me”
2. Put the page you wish to scan in the scanner and press the big green button to start scanning.
3. If you are only scanning one page select finish scanning. For multiple pages select start and re load the scanner.
4. You will then see a preview of what has been scanned, if you’re happy with this press send and you will receive your scanning in your Outlook inbox shortly.
Tip: If you're needing to send your scanning to someone other than yourself simply forward the email from your inbox.
