Need to make a copy? Just follow these simple steps.
1. Log in to the printer
There are two ways to log in:

Option 1 - Using your swipe tag: Hold it against the card reader on the printer.

Option 2 - Using your PIN: If you don't have your card or swipe tag with you, select the PIN login option and enter your PIN.
Note: If you haven't registered your swipe tag or received your PIN yet, read Follow Me – Registering Your Swipe Tag and Getting Your PIN before using the printer.
2. Select Copy
From the home screen, select the Copy icon.
3. Load your document
Place your document in one of the following ways:

Document feeder: Place the paper face up in the feeder.

Glass surface: Place the paper face down on the glass.
4. Choose your copy settings
Adjust the settings to suit your needs, such as:
- Number of copies
- Colour or black and white
- Single-sided or double-sided
5. Start copying
Press the Start button to begin copying.
That's it! Collect your copies when they're ready.
