Printix - Associating your swipe card to your printing account

In this guide you will learn how to associate your swipe tag with your printer using your mobile phone, this can only be done at our main sites.

1. Make sure your phone is connected to WIFI or data. Swipe your tag on the printer when the QR code appears, open your phone’s camera and hold it over the code so that it can scan.
Alternatively, you can visit wisegroup.printix.net and enter the code displayed on the printer then move to step 3.


2. After scanning the QR code a link will appear, click on this.

3. The link will take you through to a sign in page, select Sign in with Microsoft and type in your work email and password.

4. After this you should get a notification in the browser “Card registered”. This is all you will need to do. 

5. If it does not register, then click 'Register Card' like below. (Note: You may need to click on the three line menu in the top right and go to Cards and Codes.)

6. Input the 6 digit code you see on the printer screen into the 'Enter code' box. Hit Save.
