How to see who is in your team

You can access most of the Cornerstone info about people who report to you.

See your team

Start at the Cornerstone main page, click 'About Me' and scroll down. 

You'll see yourself in the large box. You should see your manager above you, and any direct reports below. Like this:

If you don't see someone who should be there (including your manager) then Cornerstone data has become incorrect (find out how to fix it).

See the details of someone

To open an employee's detailed record click on their name (you can't click on your manager). Then click on the 'Employee Record' option in the 'Employee Record' menu. 

On this page you'll see a lot of the details Cornerstone holds on this person. For instance, if you want to look at their Team, Manager and cost code look in the 'Organisation Structure' section.
