When you are ready to start interviewing you will be able to do this in Cornerstone. Before inviting them to an interview, make sure that you have given them a call to let them know you are keen to interview and set up a time.
If you prefer to watch as short video, you can scroll to the bottom.
Log into Cornerstone and go to the Hiring Dashboard.
Scroll to the bottom to find your requisitions, click on Active Applicants.
Click on the candidate's name that you wish to schedule an interview with.
Go to the statuses tab, scroll down to the interview and assessments section where you should be able to click on Schedule Interview(s).
Note: This will only appear if the user is in the Interview status.
Drag the interviewers over that you wish to be on the panel, if there is someone not on the list you can click on add interviewer to add another person.
Note: The interview details such as date, time and location. If the location is somewhere different you will be able to add this in the comments.
You can click on Preview in Outlook if you wish to check availability using scheduling assistant or if you are happy with the details, you can click on save and send to interviewer.
Next you will be able to send this to the applicant as well to add it to their calendar. Click Save and send.
If you go back to your hiring dashboard you will be able to see your upcoming interviews that have been scheduled and other interviews that you have been a part of.
Once the interview is completed you will be able to log back in and pop your feedback in.
