NOTE: Before making a verbal offer to the candidate please ensure that you speak with your line manager to confirm these details and approval.

Next, go to the Application custom fields section and fill out this area, this includes information such as pay rate, standard hours of work and start date. This information will be used to create an offer letter for your candidate to review and accept.

Verbal offer accepted

If the applicant has accepted your verbal offer you can change the status to verbal offer accepted, this will alert the recruitment advisors to create the offer letter for your candidate using the fields from the application custom fields.

Pre-offer letter documents uploaded

Once a verbal offer has been made there will be evidence that is required such as driver's license, right to work in New Zealand and/or certifications/registrations that may be required for the role.

You can organise for your recruitment advisor to assign a form to the candidate to collect this information or request this information manually and upload these documents into the candidate's profile.

Offer letter

When the offer letter has been created you will be alerted to log into your Hiring Dashboard. Your manager will also be alerted to approve the offer letter.

Under APPROVALS you will see the offer letter. Review it by clicking on the magnifying glass.
