Synchronise Outlook Contacts on your phone

So you've got Outlook on your mobile phone?  Great!  It's an easy way to keep track of emails and calendar appointments on the go.  For a refresher on how to get Outlook on your phone, see here:

Funny thing is, by default the Outlook app does not add your Outlook contacts to your phone and needs to be turned on.  Follow these steps to get your Outlook contacts onto your phone.

Open the Outlook app on your phone and tap the three line menu in the top left hand corner.

Tap on the settings cog in the bottom left hand corner.

Tap on your work email account.

Slide the Sync contacts slider to the right to turn on.

Your Outlook contacts folder will begin to populate in your phone's contacts folder.  Now you can see who's calling!
