This guide will show you how to report a hazard using the eForm on The Well
To Report a Hazard, from The Well click on the Resources menu then the Safety & Wellbeing link.
Click on the Hazards & Report a Hazard link
Click on Staff - Report a Hazard eForm.
Complete the form and press Save.
