Before you can use the Self Service Password Reset, you must first have set up your security questions or an Authenticated phone number. Click here for instructions if you need to set these up.
If you've already setup the questions or phone number, read on for the steps to reset your own password.
You can use any work computer that is connected to the internet, either through a network cable, wifi, or mobile hotspot.
From the login screen, click on the Reset Password link
You will be prompted to enter your work email address.
Once you enter a valid email address, the screen will change to a Wisegroup branded page. Click Next
Choose to verify yourself using the method you setup your self service reset with.
Mobile Phone Method
For Mobile Phones, select Text my mobile phone. You will need to enter in the mobile number that you registered with. then press Next
A 6 digit number will be sent to the mobile phone. Enter the verification code and press Next
You will now be able to choose a new password.
Call Me Method
To use the Call Me feature, select Call my phone
You will then receive a phone call from an automated system.
Press the hash # key (also referred to as the pound key) on your phone to confirm your identity. You will then be able to choose a new password on the computer.
Security Questions Method
To reset via your security questions, choose Answer my security questions
Type in your answers for your security questions that you set. Note that the answer is not case sensitive (upper case and lower case do not matter), but must match what you set them as. A prompt will let you know if one or more of the answers are incorrect.
When you have provided the correct answers, press Next. You will now be able to choose a new password.
Choose a new password
Once you have successfully verified your identity through text, phone, or questions, you can set a new password.
The main criteria for a password is that it's at least 10 characters long. It does not have to contain different cases, numbers, or special characters, as long as it is 10 and not easily guessable (22222222222 for example would not work because it uses repeated characters). Once you have typed a good password into both boxes, press next and your password reset will be complete. Press Finish to return to the login page
You will receive an email confirming your success. It is a trademark Good Idea to remember to update the password on your mobile phone. For instructions on updating the email password for your phone, see the article for your type of work phone.
