How to request a Student Placement Agreement

This guide will outline the steps required to create a Student Placement Agreement. 

  1. Go to the eForms Hub on The Well.
  2. Select the option for New Student, Volunteer, or Contractor Account Request.
  3. Enter the details of the student you're requesting an agreement for and click Save.
    Note: Make sure to check "Create this person in Cornerstone" box so the student can get access to e-Learnings.
  4. Once submitted, an automated email will be sent to the IS and recruitment teams.
    1. The IS team will create the student in Cornerstone and AD to provide them access to emails, IS systems and e-learnings.
    2. The recruitment team will generate a Student Placement Agreement.
  5. Once the recruitment team has created the agreement, they will send you and your manager a copy.
  6. You'll need to sign the agreement and send it to the student for their signature.
  7. Keep a copy of the signed agreement (signed by both parties) for your records. You don't need to send the signed agreement back to the recruitment team.
