This guide will outline the steps required to create a Student Placement Agreement.
- Go to the eForms Hub on The Well.
- Select the option for New Student, Volunteer, or Contractor Account Request.
- Enter the details of the student you're requesting an agreement for and click Save.
Note: Make sure to check "Create this person in Cornerstone" box so the student can get access to e-Learnings. - Once submitted, an automated email will be sent to the IS and recruitment teams.
- The IS team will create the student in Cornerstone and AD to provide them access to emails, IS systems and e-learnings.
- The recruitment team will generate a Student Placement Agreement.
- Once the recruitment team has created the agreement, they will send you and your manager a copy.
- You'll need to sign the agreement and send it to the student for their signature.
- Keep a copy of the signed agreement (signed by both parties) for your records. You don't need to send the signed agreement back to the recruitment team.
