MyPay is an application for your mobile phone from which you can view when you next pay day is, view your payslip, check your leave balances and book leave. Managers can view and approve leave submitted by their team. Yeah, it's pretty cool!
How do I get it?
Before you go off to download this app there are a few things that need to be in place first.
Firstly, you will need to make sure that you have a Google account added on your Android phone or an iCloud account on your iPhone.
If you have not created or added a Google account to your phone, follow this article to show you how to do this.
Secondly, you will need to contact payroll for a password.
Unlike MyPay on the intranet which automatically logs you in, you will need to get a password in order to be able to log into the app.
If you don't know your MyPay password (don't worry, most people don't!) then contact Payroll at payrollteam@wisetrust.co.nz.
Installing MyPay
Now that you have your app store account added to your phone & know your Kiosk password, it's time to download and install the app.
1. Go to your phones app store (Google Play Store on Android)
2. Search for Datacom
3. Select Datacom MyPay from the search results
4. Tap on install (click accept for the app permissions, if this pops up)

1. Find the MyPay app
2. Tap on it to open
3. Type in your email address for your username
4. Type in the password you recieved from Payroll - you will only need to do this once
5. To sign in faster, assign a PIN
6. Create a PIN & confirm it
7. Select if you would like to recieve notifications from the app or not
8. You are now signed into MyPay - well done!
