MyPay (payroll app) Introduction

The MyPay app is the place to go to apply for leave, check leave, and access payslips.

MyPay is not part of Cornerstone.

If you are a manager, you'll also want to read MyPay for managers.

Accessing MyPay

Go to the main page of The Well and click on MyPay - Leave and pay in the Top Apps section.

Home Screen

The MyPay Home screen has four main sections:

My Payslip

  • Displays the number of days until your next pay day
  • View Payslip opens the payslip view.

Sick Leave

  • Displays the number of sick leave hours taken in the last 12 months.
  • Check My Leave opens your leave calendar.

Leave Balance

  • Displays your annual leave balance, as at your last pay.
  • View Leave opens your leave calendar

News Update. Is not used at the Wise Group.

Payslips

Payslips can be expanded to show payment details.

Use the "<" and ">" buttons to move quarters. Selected payslips can be downloaded.

 

My Leave

Views

Schedule View displays employee’s and peers leave side by side . Peers leave displays only days peers are on leave. Leave type, comments and hours are not shown

Week Selection –click to navigate between weeks

Day Selection –click to select to navigate to a specific calendar day

 

Request Leave

  • Start at the 'My Leave' screen.
  • Select the 'Leave type' that applies.
  • Set the 'From' and 'To' dates by clicking and dragging with your mouse, or using the date editors.
  • If you are permanent/salaried the 'Hours Taken' or 'Days Taken' field will auto populate, depending on the leave type selected.
  • If you need to, you can edit the 'Hours Taken' or 'Days Taken'.
  • Enter any comments (optional).
  • Click Save Leave Request to submit it to your manager for approval (that might be a proxy approver if they are away).
  • Your manager/approver will get an email to alert them.

 

Edit a Leave Request

  • Start at My Leave
  • To edit or withdraw a leave request, click on it. 
  • Click the 'Withdraw' button to completely remove the request.
  • Click the 'Edit' button to edit any of the 'Leave Type', 'From', 'To', 'Hours Taken' and 'Comments' fields.
  • Once edited, click Save Leave Request. The approval process is re-started.
  • If the 'Withdraw' and 'Edit' buttons are not there that means it's too late to change this request (Payroll has processed it). To make changes you need to get in touch with PayrollTeam@wisegroup.co.nz
