How to deactivate a property in the system post hand back

The very final step of the property hand back process is deactivating it in Zavanti. This does not delete the property record; it just archives to ensure it is off the ‘active’ properties list.

1. Click on Properties under Properties to view all current Properties.
2. Search or find the Property you wish to deactivate.
3. Click Deactivate in the top option bar.
   
   
   
4. A pop-up box will appear, choose the relevant option from the drop-down.
   
   
   
5. Click Deactivate.
   
   
   
6. The property status will update to match the option you chose.
